We have had many reccuring questions about Mission Claremore 2015, so here are our answers. Yours isn't listed? Feel free to contact us!

What ages can attend Mission Claremore?

 

       Mission Claremore is inviting Chi Rho and CYF age youth to attend. (completed 6th- completed 12th)

How many sponsors for each youth group?

 

We ask that you bring both a male and female sponsor with each youth group and that there is a sponsor for every six youth in your group. Arrangements can be made, if needed. Just let us know when you register your group. We certainly don't want anyone to be left out due to not having enough sponsors from your church.

How much is Mission Claremore going to cost?

 

The cost for Mission Claremore is $285 per person. This will cover all food costs, housing, activities, t-shirts, and supplies for worksites. This will also help us pay for both our keynoter and band's travel cost and expenses.

When is registration due?

 

Group registration is due March 1st. You can find the form under the Reservation Form tab. With the form you will also need to include an $85 deposit per person. (We apologize for the confusion on that.) Individual registration forms will need to be completed online by June 1st. Thank you everyone for your patience and understanding as we figure this out.
